Ravensburger Labyrinth Game review

Our offering for this month's Puzzle Club was a little different. We were sent the board
game Labyrinth.

You each have to find the shortest route through the maze to reach your allocated
treasures and then head back to the start in the quickest time. It sounds simple
but it's not! The labyrinth is set up randomly and each player moves a row along
before their turn to move their piece so just when you think you have a clear
route to your allocated treasure you could end up having to choose a different
path.....or worse, you or the treasure you're aiming for could be pushed off
the board and end up elsewhere!

The treasure cards are dealt out to each player and you only turn over one at a time
so you never know where you or your opponents need to head to next.

With 3 or 4 players you can end up taking some time to get around the board but for
shorter games we used less of the treasure cards.

The game is suggested as suitable for 8+ years old but Charlie (6yo) did fantastically
well and often managed to spot newly opened routes before I did. It's a wonderfully
strategic game and fun for both adults and children.
